The property is located a 4587 Mt. Pleasant Road. This is a right of way access that is drivable by truck or SUV and is about a half mile from the main road. There is no electric available, but the camp and buildings do have electric from an on-site generator.

There is a 100 amp breaker wired for generator throughout with a 10kw generator that has been wired into the cabin. The generator has an electric start. There are propane lights throughout the cabin also if you choose not to run the generator. Water well and septic are both County approved and were new in 2014.
The main floor of the cabin has a nice open plan living room and kitchen area with tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceilings and birch cabinets in the kitchen area. The master bedroom is 10’x10’ with 10’x6’ master bathroom with free standing shower. The guest bathroom also has a free standing shower. There is wall to wall carpeting throughout most of the building. The loft area is 18’x 15’ with room for a number of beds. The second bedroom is located off the new addition and is 9’x 9’ and has propane wall mounted heat if needed. The camp is completely insulated. The heat source for the camp is a propane wall heater and a wood stove.
The entire acreage is forested with maple, cherry, ash, beech, hemlock and much more. Wing Creek flows through the property and provides the peaceful, serene backdrop to a relaxing vacation experience. The warmth and charm of this setting and cabin must be seen to be fully appreciated. The hunting is excellent here for many species and the direct adjacency to NYS Forest Land further expands the hunting and recreational opportunities here.
The property also has a 12’x 24’ storage shed that is wired with electric and lights and is the perfect place to store your ATV’s, snowmobiles and other equipment. There is an enclosed dog kennel attached to the shed also.
In addition, the property has the local snowmobile trail (corridor 48 and secondary 48) running next to it from the open fields and into the State Lands. There is a bridge on the adjacent property that was constructed by the snowmobile club which they maintain crossing Wing Creek.
