Further west, the gully drain areas have a great cover in hemlock, creating a scenic woods with ideal bedding areas for the deer and roost sites for turkey. Again, there are no lack of deer trails pounded into the earth that are being used regularly.
The property has 2,184 feet of road frontage on Crosby Road which is a seasonal use gravel road. Electric is not available at the road front of the property.
The property is only minutes from Olean, great trout fishing on Ischua Creek, Allegany State Park and Skiing/Golf at Holiday Valley.
