The capstone is a new 600 sf (20×30) log cabin with a great view of the countryside overlooking the corn field.  Take in the morning sunrise and watch the deer and turkeys on the field below!  It is completely open so you can finish to suit your needs!

The property adjoins NYS land on the south boundary, providing even more room to roam.  Lastly, the property has abundant frontage on Bear Lake Outlet which flows year-round and usually has a good catch of trout in the springtime.

The property will have a deed restriction that states that no permanent construction may occur within 500 feet of the corn field.  This is a requirement of the active land spreading permit on this field held by the Seller.  The restriction will be extinguished when there is no longer a permit on this field.  The cabin is located outside this radius.
