Previous owners had a vision to restore this farm to what it was in years past. After purchasing in ’98, they followed their dream over the course of the next 15 years. The project began with gutting the house to the studs, rewiring, insulating, installing energy saver windows and finishing interior walls with sheetrock and paint. The riverside cabin has been recently renovated and will be providing additional income to the owner through its rental. The owner also rents a cabin and land he owns 2.5 miles down Campbell Road.
