The seller will reserve the oil, gas and mineral rights but will provide a non-development clause so that the surface of the property may not be disturbed for oil or gas wells, pipelines, etc. unless the new property owner enters into their own lease to do so.
The property is known as Lot 1 and has approximately 760 feet of road frontage on the north side of Anderson Road. Electric is available on the road frontage.
