John Gifford is the founding Broker of Timberland Realty, and is currently the firm’s Broker of Record. John is a forester, holding both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Resources Management from the State University of New York Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, New York. He is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has participated in the appraisal of over two billion dollars of timberland and recreational land throughout the Eastern United States, working with private landowners as well as institutional investors on a variety of timberland and recreational properties. John enjoys finding solutions for sellers and buyers of timberland, and is very happy to be associated with LandLeader.com, which he says was established by an elite group of real estate land brokerage experts across the country who are the “best of the best” in understanding how to market and sell all types of land.
